Job Description

• Central contact person for our customers to ensure the smooth process from the creation of the customer order, monitoring the order status to the preparation of the test report
• Comprehensive professional advice to customers and plausibility checks of results
• Organization and support of internal and external projects
• Preparation of assessments and short expert reports

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as a chemist or a similar scientific degree (geology, environmental sciences, biology, ...)
• Newcomers have solid knowledge in environmental analytics and intend a long-term commitment in this field
• Professional experience with relevant industry and method knowledge in the field of environmental analytics as well as in order processing and/or project management is an advantage
• Communicative person with confident interface management and high customer orientation
• Fluent in German and English, French skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office and SAP skills complete your profile
