Spitex Zimmerberg AG is a non-profit organization responsible for the care, advice, support, and assistance of people of various age groups who rely on external help due to health limitations. We enable the residents of Adliswil, Thalwil, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon, and Langnau am Albis to live a self-determined life in their familiar environment. SRK Nursing Assistants 60-80%
Your tasks
- Basic care and support as well as health promotion in simple customer situations in a stable environment
- Perform interventions according to the care plan
- Manage the household for clients according to the care plan
- Recognize emergency situations and act appropriately
- Document measures, observations, special features, and changes
- Inform the day responsibility, team management, and case management about changes
- Implement internal measures regarding occupational safety, health protection, accident prevention, and environmental protection
Requirements profile
- Completion of SRK Nursing Assistant course
- Physical and mental resilience
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily
- Good German language skills and communication ability
- Customer-friendly manners
- Organizational skills
- High social competence
- IT user skills
- Independent, precise, and cost-conscious working style
