Your Impact
- You advise leading life (re)insurance companies in Switzerland within the framework of strategic transformation projects, e.g. system migrations, process optimizations, or modernizations of actuarial functions.
- You contribute actuarial expertise to multidisciplinary teams and work at the interface between actuarial, IT, and business functions.
- You analyze and optimize existing actuarial models, pricing, or reserving processes.
- You take responsibility for individual project streams or lead smaller project teams.
- You support the development and expansion of customer relationships and contribute to the further development of our consulting offerings in the area of life insurance.
Your Skill Set
- You have a university degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or natural sciences.
- You have 5–8 years of relevant actuarial professional experience in the life insurance market, either in a (re)insurance company or in consulting in Switzerland.
- You are an SAV actuary or hold an equivalent foreign qualification.
- You have practical experience in pricing, reserving, or reporting (OR, IFRS 17) of life insurance products.
- You already have initial leadership and project experience, ideally in larger transformation projects.
- You communicate fluently in German and English – additional languages are a plus.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS) or experience with process automation or orchestration (e.g. Camunda) are advantageous.
