What you do:

• You lead our Key Account and Sales & Product Operations Managers, develop talents, and ensure that everyone works towards shared success
• You take strategic responsibility for our most important brands and partners
• You bear the sales and profitability responsibility of your brand partners and derive measures for continuous performance improvement
• You shape price and condition negotiations at the highest level and conduct annual discussions with clarity and goal orientation
• You analyze market and sales figures, identify opportunities, and implement strategic measures
• You work closely with Marketing (including Content), Supply Chain, Finance, and Management to successfully implement projects
• You keep an eye on trends in the beauty and e-commerce market and bring in innovative impulses that further advance the business

Professional requirements:

• Completed studies in business administration, marketing, sales management, or comparable education
• Leadership experience in a key account, sales, or purchaser environment, ideally in e-commerce or the beauty segment
• Experience in B2B and B2C environments
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
