What you will do with us

Start your career with our 18-month trainee program and gain exciting insights into three central company areas. Every six months you change departments and gain valuable experience.

Your stations at a glance:

Marketing:

Learn how brands are managed strategically and operationally. Plan and implement diverse omnichannel marketing activities.

Sales:

Dive into key account management, learn everything about working with our customers, and support the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Direct-to-consumer (D2C):

Discover the dynamic world of our Lindt Chocolate Shops and business customers. Take on tasks in daily business and work on exciting projects.

What to expect:

Your own project per department - with a subsequent presentation to management.
Full integration into the team - from daily business to team events.

When you fit with us

Master's degree (university or university of applied sciences)
First several months of professional experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Entrepreneurial, independent, and communicative personality
Hands-on mentality and assertiveness
Analytical and structured thinking skills
Very good German and English skills
International experience is an advantage
