Your main tasks

• Consulting and supporting elderly people and their relatives in the sensitive phase of age-related changes
• Comprehensive customer advice regarding the entire range of services of the Uster city homes and for general age-related questions
• Together with the team leader, you are the contact point for all interested parties in the offers of the Uster homes
• Consulting & admission including (bed) disposition of nursing departments and also the outpatient care services of the Uster homes
• Support in finding places for external transfers
• Absence representation of the team leader during holidays, further training, and in case of illness

You bring with you

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF or foreign diploma with SRK recognition
• Further training/experience in case management is an advantage
• Team player used to working in interface functions
• Strong customer orientation, service and cooperation willingness
• Winning appearance combined with very good language skills in spoken and written form
• Very good empathy for the concerns of our clientele
• Very good coordination skills, even when it gets tight
• Generally solid PC skills
