- Ensuring the quality of our product portfolio in the field of special fire systems – which includes hardware devices, mobile and Windows applications up to cloud services
- Analysis and design of product requirements to shape the test software architecture as well as the test infrastructure
- Design and development of test automation frameworks for our systems
- Developing and executing test cases (manual or automated) with a risk-based approach and supporting shift-left testing.
- Maintenance, evaluation, and expansion of our various hardware test systems and long-term tests
- Close collaboration with internal and external specialists in cross-functional teams with international composition
- You ensure high customer satisfaction thanks to your broad product knowledge and transparent communication
- You contribute to our Testing Community of Practice, share your knowledge, and learn from other test colleagues
What you bring
- Technical basic education with a degree of BSc, MSc, or Engineer FH/ETH in software, computer science, or electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in creating and implementing test frameworks, test cases, and test sets
- Broad hands-on experience in test automation (preferably in C#)
- Basic knowledge in handling hardware boards (e.g., serial interfaces, communication protocols, etc.)
- Certification as ISTQB Certified Tester
- Experience in applying agile methods (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Willingness for occasional foreign assignments in collaboration with external service providers
- Flexibility, sense of quality, pronounced teamwork skills, and willingness to share own knowledge
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
- Flawless written and spoken German and English skills are mandatory
