What to expect- You advise our customers with friendliness and competence – and help them find the perfect gift from our high-quality range
- You actively promote our fine products: with targeted sampling directly on site, according to Läderach's guidelines and quality standards
- You ensure that our Christmas stand is ready for the day – by helping out in the morning with stocking and in the evening with tidying up
- You reliably handle cash register transactions and take care of correct accounting
- You observe our hygiene and freshness requirements and contribute with your commitment to a coherent and well-maintained shopping experience
- You work in shifts according to the schedule – your shifts usually last from about 09:15 to 19:45 (opening hours: 10:00–19:00)
- You bring valuable professional experience in retail and have a genuine passion for sales
- You love to give our customers a special joy and offer them a unique shopping experience
- You always put the highest quality and customer orientation first, even in turbulent times
- You like to take responsibility, are a true team player, and work hand in hand with your colleagues
- You appreciate open and respectful communication and are proficient in German and English; knowledge of French and other languages is an additional advantage
- You are not afraid of flexible working hours and are fully available on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
