Property Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an industry expert in the Zurich–Wallisellen region to join our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

You will manage a clearly structured portfolio with an institutional owner, which allows for continuity, short decision-making paths, and a cooperative partnership.

• Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing rental activities
• Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organizing maintenance work
• Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• Completed commercial training
• Real estate management certificate is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in property management
• Confident German; foreign language skills are a plus
• You are courageous, flexible, and keep an overview even in demanding situations
