Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) | 50%
who has multitasking in their blood, masters parallel tasks/projects effortlessly, and stays cool even in hectic moments. The start date is possible immediately or by arrangement.
Specifically, you will take on the following tasks:
- Supporting the development of the communication and social media strategy.
- Independent creation, planning, and publication of social media content and assistance in the development and production of advertising materials and documentation.
- Independent management, maintenance, and development of our various social media channels and the website
- Independent creation of text, video, and image content.
- Handling media inquiries.
- Organizing and partially participating in meetings and events.
- Independent coordination of and communication with external service providers.
- Occasional representation and administrative support of our reception staff.
What you bring with you:
- Ideally further training in marketing, social media, communication, or similar
- 2-5 years of experience in social media, marketing, and preferably in event management
- Good user knowledge of common IT tools; experience with graphic design programs (image editing, video editing, etc.) is an advantage
- French or German native speaker with very good oral and written skills in the other language
- Connected thinking between topics, channels, formats, and people
- Enjoyment of variety and responsibility, pace and communication, as well as questioning the status quo and new things
- High level of initiative, strong quality standards, and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
