• Technical advice and support for our customers
• Customer base maintenance and further development of customer relationships and territory development
• Active sales in the shop or by phone as well as carrying out promotions
• Independent parts identification and complete order processing in SAP
• Special procurement and handling of returns and credit notes
• Close coordination with the field sales team and other relevant interfaces

• Commercial or technical training, preferably also in the workshop area
• Ideally experience in the sales of car or commercial vehicle parts and technical understanding
• Dynamic, reliable, independent as well as goal- and solution-oriented working style
• Service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
