- Set up and adjust deep drilling machines (BTA deep drilling).
- Independently program CNC machines and operate multiple systems.
- Monitor process parameters and perform maintenance on machines.
Skills
- Completed mechanical training (EFZ) and CNC programming experience.
- Strong teamwork skills and good German language proficiency.
- Experience in machining and familiarity with SPS programming.

Activities
- Setting up / dismantling and adjusting deep drilling machines (BTA deep drilling)
- Independent programming on CNC
- Operating multiple systems
- Application and selection of optimal operating resources / tools
- Monitoring process parameters including process optimization regarding throughput time and quality
- Maintenance and care of machines and associated work and measuring equipment
- Support in the areas of honing / roller burnishing / turning (conventional/CNC)
Requirements
- Basic mechanical training EFZ
- Experience in machining as well as in PLC & CNC programming is an advantage
- Good German language skills
- Team player
