The Weinfelden Senior Center specializes in the care of senior citizens. In total, we have 109 places in the care area and 20 senior apartments, which can be supplied with in-house Spitex services if needed. We also operate a hospice apartment and are certified in palliative care. Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism for the well-being of our residents – passion for us in care and support.
We are looking for a
Main tasks
- Leading a team
- Advising, supporting, and promoting employees
- Demand-oriented personnel deployment planning
- Active participation in the direct care of residents at night
- Competent application of the nursing process and RAI NH
- Ensuring quality standards while complying with legal and operational hygiene regulations in changing situations at night
Requirements
- Training as a certified nurse HF, FH, DN II, AKP or PsyKP, DNI, specialist in long-term care and support
- Experience in long-term care
- Leadership training and experience or willingness to attend appropriate further training
- Flexibility, resilience, initiative, and flair for organizational tasks
- Very high quality awareness, economic thinking and acting
- Motivating attitude towards all stakeholders
- High social competence and appreciative interaction with residents and employees
- Joy in the profession and a good sense of humor
- Adherence to processes and structures within a team
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
