Are numbers, organization, and careful administration in your blood? For the support of our company pension fund at the headquarters in Wil, we are looking for a committed personality who keeps an overview, works precisely, and enjoys diverse tasks.
Your tasksA varied part-time position (50%) with responsibility, exciting insights into the world of pension funds, and a collegial environment where cooperation and mutual support are a matter of course.
- Processing all business transactions of the pension fund, especially entries and exits as well as retirements
- Processing and posting of bank and booking documents
- Reconciliation of pension fund accounting with HR, financial accounting, and technical administration
- Ensuring timely pension payments
- Coordination with reinsurance and technical administration
- Participation in the pension fund's annual financial statements
- Providing information to beneficiaries
- Registration of disabilities with the reinsurer
- Processing of disability pension decisions
- Creation of statistics and evaluations related to the pension fund
- Management of the pension fund's holiday apartment
What you bringThe workday is varied and not always predictable – ideal for a personality who keeps an overview even under different pressures and can set clear boundaries.
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in accounting, HR, or social insurance
- Further training in the areas of BVG, HR, or social insurance is an advantage
- German native speaker, French and Italian skills are an advantage
- Interest in pension fund and social insurance topics
- Precise, structured, and reliable way of working
- Affinity for numbers and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Team player with service orientation who keeps an overview even in demanding phases
