This is what you move:
- You are responsible for the entrepreneurial development of the branch with around 12 employees, as well as the structural and organizational alignment to the ever-changing needs of the market
- Advising and supporting our institutional owners and customers, with the goal of developing professional and economical win-win solutions, is also part of your tasks
- You maintain regular contact with local organizations and authorities and know how to use your network within Wincasa profitably
- You lead a heterogeneous team of property management professionals and support them both in personnel and leadership aspects as well as in higher-level negotiations
- As an open-minded and committed leader, you are responsible for coaching and developing your team members and also take on various project tasks within the organization
That is why you succeed:
- You have a higher education in the real estate field and have successfully completed further training in business administration, sales, or marketing
- You have already gained several years of leadership experience in the real estate industry and feel very comfortable in the role of coach, motivator, and pragmatic doer
- As an authentic relationship manager, you find it easy to build, maintain, and further develop trust with various internal and external stakeholders
- A service- and solution-oriented approach is natural for you, and you enjoy inspiring your environment with this attitude
- Networked thinking as well as quickly recognizing essential issues and making well-founded and justified decisions based on them is one of your strengths
- You are absolutely fluent in German (English and French are an advantage)
