• You ensure the operational IT operations together with the IT team.
• You are the right contact person for the users (1st and 2nd level support).
• You share responsibility for the maintenance and continuous development of existing IT systems.
• You accompany existing and new IT processes from development to implementation.
• You implement IT security measures and ensure compliance with security policies.
• You take responsibility as a trainer for our IT apprentices.

• You have a basic IT education, ideally with a federal certificate of competence.
• You have already gained initial experience in a similar role.
• You are familiar with the Windows server environment, virtualization, VMware/Hyper-V, backup systems, and network technologies.
• You have strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented work attitude.
• You are flexible, committed, and also willing to occasionally visit our external locations.
• You are perceived as team-oriented, networked, and service-oriented.
