To complement our building construction department, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start date for a
Assistant to the Management 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Support of management and estimator in offer and order processing
- Creation, maintenance, and dispatch of offers, work and subcontractor contracts
- Updating offer attachments and obtaining necessary documents (e.g., extracts, insurances, references)
- Processing of debtor and creditor invoices
- Supervision of commercial apprentices and maintenance of social media channels
- Participation in weekly site manager meetings including minute taking
- Support at internal events, personnel administration, and deputizing in the secretariat
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by experience in assistance
- Open personality with joy in contact with various stakeholders
- Resilience and structured working method even with high workload
- Flexibility and spontaneity to respond to short-term requirements
- Humor and a positive basic attitude
- Strong team spirit and cooperative collaboration
- Social media is more than a like for you – you know how content works and inspires target groups
- Confident German skills in spoken and written form, proficient use of MS Office
- Enjoy coaching young talents and willingness to share knowledge
