Head of Control Center (80-100%)

Your role with us

• Management of the operations control center (traffic control), short-term personnel scheduling, and information management during normal operations and unplanned incidents.
• Responsibility for ensuring normal operations and early detection of potential disruptions and preventive measures.
• Active intervention in unplanned events including planning measures, organizing and managing substitute operations, and restoring normal operations.
• Ensuring reliable customer information during normal operations, major events, and incidents, as well as preparing situation reports and operational data analysis.
• Responsibility for short-term personnel scheduling (production/following day as well as Sundays and public holidays) including resource coordination and prioritization.

• Several years of leadership experience in an operational environment with extended operating hours, ideally in public transport or a control center.
• Proven experience in developing employees and organizational structures as well as designing and implementing change processes for sustainable advancement of digital transformation.
• High resilience with calmness, clarity, and decisiveness in stressful and crisis situations, as well as solid experience in professional incident and escalation management.
• Strong affinity for digitalization with experience in further developing digital systems, processes, and data structures, as well as confident use of modern control and planning tools.
