Your area of responsibility

• Leadership and development of the Electrical Maintenance and Automation team (approx. 7 employees)
• Ensuring optimal scheduling, resource, and capacity planning including on-call service
• Responsibility for the availability of required operating resources
• Active participation in daily business as well as interdisciplinary tasks for the further development of the company
• Ensuring appropriate information and communication at all levels
• Continuous optimization and improvement of organization, operating resources, and processes
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and occupational safety

What you bring

• Completed technical apprenticeship or comparable basic training
• Electrical authorization according to NIV Art. 13 "Operating Electrician Permit" is mandatory
• Several years of professional experience in electrical maintenance of production facilities as well as in operating complex machines and systems
• Initial leadership experience as a team leader or deputy in the field of electrical maintenance
• Knowledge of PLC programming, preferably Beckhoff Twincat 3
• Committed team player with strong communication skills and good presentation competence
• Reliable personality with quick comprehension and organizational talent
• Networked thinking and acting, entrepreneurial spirit, and solution orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
