Client Advisor for Professionals - Network of agencies and online bank - Aix-En-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France

Advisor Valentin who has just started his business in construction and wants to take stock of his results, accompany Sarah, a lawyer, who wants to finance her primary residence, or help Jacques, manager of a car dealership, who wants to invest in other businesses… On a daily basis as well as in key moments, you support your clients in the development of their businesses. Specifically, you will be required to:

- Support and advise your clients on the development of their activity, and monitor their profitability

- Offer suitable products and services (financing, investment, etc.)

- Prepare and follow up on financing files

- Master the risks related to your clients' activities

Participate in the commercial development of your agency

You build trusting relationships with your clients thanks to your responsiveness and your listening skills but especially thanks to your expertise.

- The banking offer for professionals, just like the financial, legal, and tax bases that govern them and the management of associated risks hold no secrets for you!

- Curious, rigorous, dynamic, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy putting your energy into customer satisfaction and you have a taste for challenge

You have 2 years or more of experience in client portfolio management in the professional market

- The position requires AMF certification 

- A driving license is essential
