Job Description

Job Purpose / Reason for the position:

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing the team of Technical Coordinators and stop coordinators. Additionally, he/she will be the guarantor of the Work Order Management process and the Maintenance Outage process.

Responsibilities

• Is the Team Leader of the maintenance coordinators (SIP, objectives, workload, absences, training, information cascade, discipline)
• Standardizes practices, processes, and tools of the CT and stop coordinators, particularly regarding preparation and planning concepts
• Is responsible for the work order management processes supported by SAP
• Is responsible for the "Maintenance Outage" process. In this role, he/she interacts with the "Site Outage Managers" across all Syngenta sites
• Links with project teams on the coordination needs of maintenance-project work
• Contributes to the implementation and maintenance of activities aimed at optimizing the productivity of internal and external activities ("Just Hours")

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or significant experience in a similar role
• Good interpersonal skills, natural leadership, comfortable with cross-functional management
• Solid experience in engineering and maintenance in a process industry
• Advanced knowledge of preparation and planning processes for activities

Maintenance

• Significant experience in managing maintenance outages
• Comfortable with human contacts and have a good team spirit
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly
• Knowledge of SAP PM
• Fluent in French and English
