Your main tasks
- Assistance in the management and maintenance of properties including correspondence
- Rental management (processing terminations, advertisements, checking application forms, renting objects, premises and rooms, creating rental contracts, sending ESR, final billing, etc.)
- Creates, posts, processes invoices (including rebookings)
- Handling and control of creditors and debtors in accounting including dunning
- Creates, posts, processes invoices (including rebookings)
- Handling of craftsman orders due to tenant changes
- Billing of rents / collection and dunning
- Viewings with interested parties
- Preparation of ancillary cost statements
- Maintenance of data in the real estate tool

- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in real estate management clerical work
