Tasks
As part of the comprehensive Passenger Service Operations team with over 80 international employees, you provide personal travel advice to our frequent flyer customers. In daily direct contact, you actively contribute to enabling our passengers to have a unique travel experience.
The position also offers you your entry ticket to diverse career opportunities within the
airline industry, which continues to inspire us again and again.
Tasks:
- Telephone advice and support for frequent flyer customers, as well as sales and booking of flight tickets
- Advice on our SWISS products as well as our loyalty program Miles and More
- Processing of written inquiries via e-mail and social media
- Administrative back-office tasks such as ticketing and voucher issuance

Requirements
For this position, we are looking for colleagues with a high degree of service and customer orientation as well as excellent communication skills.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Customer orientation, service awareness, and sales instinct
- Travel experience is an advantage
- Team spirit and initiative
- Training in the travel industry or in telephone sales is an advantage
- Plus knowledge of at least one of the languages French or Italian at an advanced level
- Willingness to work shifts, Sundays, and public holidays
