Customer Service Assistant 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:As a customer service assistant, you support our customer service in daily business and are an important contact person for our customers. With your service-oriented approach, you ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.
- You support customer care in customer service and ensure a friendly and competent first contact – both in person and by phone
- You assist customer service with administrative tasks such as warranty issues, vehicle acceptance, preparation of offers and orders, and processing customer inquiries
- You conduct clarifications with internal departments and external partners and plan and coordinate customer appointments
- You support the spare parts warehouse in daily business, coordinate parts orders, handle availability inquiries, and prepare parts offers
- You have completed commercial or technical training, preferably in the automotive sector – or are willing to complete further training in customer service
- You have initial knowledge of the service and repair process as well as in the spare parts warehouse area and have already gained some practical experience
- You bring basic technical understanding in the areas of vehicle mechanics, electronics, and diagnostic systems
- With your open and communicative manner, you find it easy to conduct customer conversations in a friendly and professional way
- A confident handling of digital tools and IT skills is natural for you
