Tasks & ChallengesWarm welcome as well as professional and personal care of our international guests: You read between the lines, go the extra mile and thus ensure an unforgettable stay.
Carrying out check-in and check-out as well as processing, coordinating and controlling administrative tasks at the reception according to Chenot standards.
Professional management of guest concerns and complaints.
Compliance with and further development of quality standards.
Qualifications & Competences
First experience at the front office in luxury hospitality
Very good English skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign languages (Russian, Italian or French) are an advantage
Ideally knowledge of the hotel software «Protel» or «Protel Air»
Host qualities: Service at the highest level is your passion
Structured and organized way of working as well as resilience – you keep an overview even in stressful situations
Team player with a positive attitude: You support your colleagues and contribute proactively
