Hospitality Specialist (m/f/a) 40 - 100 %
Your tasks
- You will take over room service for our patients
- You will attentively and service-oriented care for and serve our patients and guests
- You will independently carry out the check-in and check-out of our patients
- You will reliably perform mise en place tasks (preparation and follow-up in the service area)
- You will ensure compliance with our hygiene and quality standards through careful cleaning work and contribute to order and cleanliness in the ward area
- You will independently and reliably handle administrative tasks related to room service and daily ward operations
- With your friendly and service-oriented manner, you will distribute meals and drinks on the wards and thus be an important link to our patients
- You will work closely with the nursing staff and service management and provide flexible support as needed
Your profile
- You bring several years of professional experience in the hotel and service sector or training in gastronomy
- Ideally, you have nursing experience
- You are characterised by a friendly, empathetic and service-oriented personality
- Flexibility and commitment – including for weekend and shift work – are part of your approach
- A responsible and team-oriented working style is among your strengths
- You are confident in using common IT programmes
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written

At the City Hospital Zurich Triemli, our new Rehabilitation Clinic Triemli with around 140 beds for neurological, musculoskeletal, internal medicine and oncological, cardiological and pulmonary rehabilitation as well as early/monitoring rehabilitation is being built by the end of 2029. The preliminary operation in the City Hospital Zurich Triemli with 32 beds will start already in February 2027.
