About the job
The new building of the Alterszentrum im Geeren is completed and all 7 living groups in Haus Feld and Haus Dorf have been occupied. Idyllically located in the green and embedded in the center of Seuzach, it offers up to 174 residents a family-like home. Transitional care, care living groups, specialized dementia care, and outpatient day care are the daily core business of care. With our in-house doctors, nearly 300 employees, and over 30 trainees and students in various professions, we are a modern, dynamic operation for the well-being of the residents.
Our residents are cared for in the care living groups by nursing staff as well as room service employees. The hospitality staff make a significant contribution to a good quality of life for the residents.
We are looking to fill the position starting by arrangement for a
Room Service Employee in a Care Living Group
Workload 60-80%
Your area of responsibility with the new employer
- Preparation and service tasks in the care living group
- Guest care during meal service
- Cleaning tasks in the office and common rooms
- Ordering food supplies
A plus for the new employer
- Several years of professional experience in hospital or long-term care in a comparable role is an advantage
- Understanding and interest in the elderly
- High flexibility for short-term assignments
- Willingness to work according to duty roster including weekends
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as PC skills
