The Swiss Snow Sports School Samnaun is THE snow sports school in the heart of the Silvretta Arena.

We offer professional lessons and guiding for every level, adults and children, in the state-of-the-art ski area Samnaun-Ischgl.

Front & Back Office (80% / 36 hours)

Start / end of employment: 7.12.2026 – 18.4.2027

Main discipline: Administration

Languages: German, English

Your mission

• You are the first point of contact for guests, partners and employees at the reception as well as by phone and email
• Sale of lessons, guest consultation
• Support in lesson scheduling
• Administrative tasks (email, phone, correspondence)
• Assistance in personnel administration (work permits, payroll, deployment planning)
• Assistance in accounting (bookings, cash closings)
• Organization of events
• Responsible for social media (creating stories, reels, etc. & posting on common channels)

Your story

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial field
• You must have very good communication skills in German and English
• You are a winning personality and are used to working independently and precisely
• You maintain a customer-friendly mindset and enjoy working with people
• You thrive in hectic times and keep a cool head
• You count teamwork, reliability, loyalty and flexibility among your strengths
