SMD Machine Operator in
2-shift operation, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
With a passion for technology and a focus on quality, you will be a valuable support for our production team.
Your tasks
- Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of an SMT production line (paste stencil printing, paste inspection, placement machines, reflow oven, and AOI)
- Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on machines
- Supporting the optimization of production processes
- Assisting in the setup and conversion of machines for different series.
- Contributing to the implementation of continuous improvement processes (CIP) to increase efficiency
Your qualities
- Completed technical training or professional experience in the field of electronics, mechatronics, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the SMD area
- Good knowledge of hand soldering according to IPC-A-610
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Very good teamwork skills and willingness to communicate
- High quality awareness
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts in rotation)
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
