SMD Machine Operator in
2-shift operation, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

With a passion for technology and a focus on quality, you will be a valuable support for our production team.

Your tasks

Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of an SMT production line (paste stencil printing, paste inspection, placement machines, reflow oven, and AOI)
Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on machines
Supporting the optimization of production processes
Assisting in the setup and conversion of machines for different series.
Contributing to the implementation of continuous improvement processes (CIP) to increase efficiency

Your qualities

Completed technical training or professional experience in the field of electronics, mechatronics, or comparable
Several years of professional experience in the SMD area
Good knowledge of hand soldering according to IPC-A-610
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Very good teamwork skills and willingness to communicate
High quality awareness
Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts in rotation)
High sense of responsibility and reliability
