About the job

• As a tenant representative of the University Hospital, you independently manage the extensive portfolio of existing space lease agreements (rental) in all professional and commercial matters
• Management of the space portfolio with regard to an operationally sensible and strategically coordinated use by internal demand carriers
• Community management on site at the rented external locations as well as coordination with various internal and external stakeholders
• Participation from site evaluation to contract conclusion of future space lease agreements
• Support in the further development of the existing knowledge database for room usage

• Completed training or further education in property management (federal diploma) or a comparable career with several years of professional experience in a large company with multiple locations
• Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law, especially in commercial lease agreements
• Independent, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality with pronounced organizational skills as well as the ability to handle several complex tasks simultaneously
• Enjoyment of varied activities in collaboration with various internal interest groups and external landlords
• Very good communication and editorial skills in German (spoken and written)
