Your contribution to the company
- Inform (or redirect) insured persons by phone mainly in the field of occupational benefits and collective accident and health insurance
- Independently handle administrative tasks of insured persons related to occupational benefits (internal and external emails, letters, requests from social networks, etc.)
- Process changes concerning insured persons (entries, exits, integration of vested benefits, buyback of contribution years, etc.)
- Collaboration and coordination with our Back Office responsible for the relationship with clients affiliated to our collective foundations, loss of earnings insurance, and vested benefit accounts
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- Benefit from a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Knowledge and/or professional experience in the administrative management of occupational benefits would be an asset
- Network work and quick understanding with analytical mindset; personal responsibility, decisiveness, good stress management, and resilience.
- Perfect command of French (spoken and written); foreign languages (I/D/E) with at least one language at a very good level; knowledge of other languages is useful.
- Digital affinity and good IT skills.
