Your mission
- Lead and coordinate audit assignments for our clients located in French-speaking Switzerland, covering a variety of mandates and industrial sectors.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of audits performed according to current professional and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and motivate audit teams, ensuring effective task distribution and achievement of set objectives.
- Monitor and control the execution of tasks on various ongoing mandates, respecting deadlines and quality requirements.
- Prepare and present audit reports and clear, relevant recommendations to clients.
- Develop professional presentations to communicate audit results and improvement opportunities.
- Actively contribute to various internal projects aimed at improving audit processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Participate in business development initiatives, including prospecting new clients and promoting audit services to prospects and existing clients.
Your profile
- You hold or will hold a diploma as a chartered accountant or a similar qualification (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.)
- You master Swiss law and IFRS accounting standards. Swiss GAAP RPC is an asset.
- You have solid audit experience (minimum 6 years)
- You have excellent knowledge of French and English (German and/or Italian are assets)
- You have already managed a team in your previous professional experiences
- You enjoy human contact with clients and teams
- You have excellent synthesis, analysis, and coaching skills
- You are proactive and enjoy challenges
