Contract Manager Integration (80% - 100%)
Your task is demanding and versatile.
Are you looking for a new challenge where you can apply your negotiation skills as well as your consulting competence? For the Strategy & Development team of the IV office, we are looking for a competent and motivated person as Contract Manager Integration.
In this varied role, you ensure a needs-based offer of integration measures through our partner institutions. You determine and plan the demand in line with the strategic goals of the IV office and procure suitable integration products from our integration partners. You are responsible for the entire management of the existing offers and ensure their continuous development in terms of integration success and quality. In addition, you advise external providers on conceptual issues and negotiate rates for professional integration and reintegration measures. Cost/benefit analyses are also part of your tasks, as well as conducting information events for our integration partners.
Furthermore, you ensure the internal positioning of the available offers through regular information and training. You advise and support your colleagues in professional integration in the selection and cooperation with the integration partners. In the needs-based further development of the products, you work closely with the professionals of professional integration to further develop the offers in a customer-oriented and impact-focused manner.

For this activity, you bring negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and pronounced social competence. Customer-oriented action is as natural to you as constructive, interdisciplinary collaboration with different partners. Your working style is analytical, forward-looking, and conceptually shaped, and you have a good understanding of business contexts. We expect a completed education in business and/or social sciences with several years of professional experience in the specialist area. Your experience in professional integration rounds off your profile.
