For our Basic and Plus Residential Offers in Baar-Inwil, we are looking for a personality from January 1, 2026 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Individual care and support of clients with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities during the night
- Support with personal hygiene as needed
- Taking over acute nursing tasks (illness, epileptic seizure, accident)
- Regular inspection rounds in the residential groups and through the general premises
- Professional action in emergency situations (e.g. client emergencies, first aid measures, coordination in case of technical malfunctions)
- Administrative tasks
Profile
- Basic training as a care specialist (FaBe), health specialist (FaGe), SRK nursing assistant, or career changer with basic EFZ training
- Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
