• Case management with responsibility from the first visit with needs assessment to the conclusion of the care process, primarily for clients in palliative or oncological situations
• Management of crisis situations
• Taking on daily responsibility
• Interface for interprofessional collaboration, especially with the Mobile Palliative Service
• Consultation and involvement of relatives
• Professional support for health and nursing professionals around the topic of Palliative Care

Here’s how you can convince us

• You have completed a nursing education at tertiary level (HF/FH)
• You have completed further education in Palliative Care (Level B1) or are willing to do so
• Your empathetic demeanor and resilience characterize your personality
• You enjoy interprofessional collaboration in a team and want to develop yourself and your team colleagues in the field of Palliative Care

You are part of a dedicated team of around 20 colleagues. A careful onboarding process by our experienced staff is standard for us. This means you are very independent – but you will never be left alone.
