Your tasks
You take on the holistic care and support of sick, disabled, and elderly people in their homes. In close collaboration with the case-leading nursing specialist, you carry out tasks according to care processes, document the individual steps, plan and review the care goals. With empathy and patience, you advise relatives and other caregivers and guide them in supportive tasks. You know how to contribute actively in cooperation with external specialist agencies, doctors, and other services and represent the concerns of the clients. If interested, you can also assist in deployment coordination.
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Assistant in Health and Social Services with recognized further training in medication management
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in Spitex organizations
- Knowledge of electronic care planning
- Contemporary IT user skills
- Driver's license category B and preferably own car
