Sales and Marketing Support Manager 80% (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Coordination and participation in international projects (e.g., service trainings, demo devices, marketing initiatives)
• Organization and support of internal and external trainings, events, trade fairs, and congresses worldwide
• Independent planning and implementation of international trade fairs and congresses including coordination with internal departments, partners, suppliers, and organizers
• Shipping, coordination, and provision of trade fair, marketing, and loan materials
• International sales support including assistance with tenders
• Customer and partner contact by phone and email including management of generic mailboxes
• Administration and management of partner and training users
• Hotel bookings as well as organizational follow-up within the framework of events and congresses
• Willingness to travel approx. 5 – 10%

What you bring with you:

• Completed training or studies with a focus on marketing, sales, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, e.g., in sales support, marketing support, customer service, or administration
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
• High resilience and the ability to keep a cool head and set priorities confidently even in stressful situations
• Structured, independent, and very well-organized working style
• Strong planning and organizational skills, even with parallel projects
• Experience working on projects in an international environment
• High digital affinity and confident handling of IT tools and platforms
• Team player mentality and enjoyment of working with international contacts
