What you will do with us:

• Coordination with internal & external parties regarding our orders
• Telephone customer contact & delivery date confirmations
• Maintenance and adjustment of dates in the system
• Support of scheduling with transport documents & collection orders
• Return of load carriers & preparation of export documents
• Archiving of transport orders

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in scheduling, logistics or transport is an advantage
• Interest in production and transport processes
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• German as a native language and good French skills
