Chief Commercial Officer

Your Tasks
- Overall entrepreneurial co-responsibility as a member of the management team including reporting to the board of directors and group management as well as participation in cross-functional steering committees
- Representation of Pistor in industry associations, networks, and professional events
- Co-design of the corporate strategy and definition of the business unit strategy for the Foodservice area
- Overall responsibility for the Foodservice business unit with leadership of sales, marketing, and procurement departments as well as further development of the organization
- Leadership and control of the strategic market development team and development and implementation of market-oriented service and offer concepts
- Result and financial responsibility including sales, DB1, and budget planning, forecasting, and controlling
- Prioritization and management of the BU project portfolio including resource and risk management
- Stakeholder, representation, and networking work including representing Pistor to external stakeholders and maintaining the cooperative-political network in the bakery industry
Your Profile
- Education and training in business administration with a university of applied sciences or master's degree, or studies in business/economics and/or social sciences with further training in management
- Several years of leadership and management experience in a comparable role, ideally in the food or near-food environment
- Solid management know-how in dynamic leadership structures as well as a strong understanding of SME structures on the customer side
- In-depth expertise in sales, procurement, and marketing with a clear B2B and market orientation
- High data, financial, and analytical competence as well as experience in budget, result, and performance management
- Very good understanding of the Swiss market and the wholesale environment
- Down-to-earth, integral, and communicative personality with a strong culture and value orientation
- Native German speaker with good conversational French skills
