You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, jointly developing marketing activities and ensuring a professional appearance of our corporate group. The workplace is either our headquarters in Zurich-Affoltern or our location in Bern.

Your Tasks

Marketing Projects & Campaigns

• Planning, coordination and implementation of marketing and communication projects in coordination with marketing management
• Development and realisation of target group- and industry-specific campaigns
• Participation in larger, cross-departmental projects and the further development of our market presence

Content & Digital Communication

• Creation and preparation of content for websites, social media, newsletters and other communication media
• Editorial processing of specialist topics and company information
• Coordination of content and video productions as well as collaboration with internal specialists and external partners
• Support in employer branding and recruiting measures

Operational Marketing & Daily Business

• Ongoing maintenance of websites, intranet and company profiles
• Updating and coordination of marketing materials, advertising media and printed matter
• Processing of marketing enquiries, changes and recurring administrative tasks

Further Development & Collaboration

• Active participation in cross-functional marketing and communication projects
• Contribution of own ideas and optimisation of existing measures and processes
• Close cooperation with the Head of Marketing & Communications, locations and external service providers

What You Bring

• Communication Talent - Education or training in communication, journalism or social media
• Social Media Know-how - Professional experience in social media and sound knowledge of current trends and developments
• Language Talent - Very good German skills and business fluent French
• Storytelling - Strong sense for engaging posts and storytelling
• Industry Curiosity - Interest in our industries
• Committed Team Player - Curious and committed personality with team spirit and hands-on mentality
