First contact: Our process usually starts with a brief virtual/phone conversation to learn more about you! The goal? To get to know you, understand your motivations, and ensure we offer you the position that best suits you!
Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 – but it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet members of our team: your future manager of course, but also other people you will work with. These interviews will allow us to learn more about you, your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our history, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our teams in Switzerland and support the management of our activities and consultants.
You will be responsible for the operational follow-up of part of our consultants ("people") and the proper execution of services at our clients. As a true point of contact between our teams, our consultants, and our partners, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction and performance management.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of our consultants: administrative, budgetary, and HR follow-up.
- Ensure the management of client services and guarantee the quality of delivery.
- Maintain a close relationship with clients, identify needs, and ensure project continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Managers, HR, Finance) to coordinate support actions.
- Participate in budget monitoring and regular activity reporting.
- Make regular trips between our client sites (La Chaux-de-Fonds, Lausanne) and the Amaris office in Geneva – Chêne-Bourg.
🎗️ Your profile:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in client account management, Service Delivery Management, or operational management.
- Strong skills in client relationship management and team coordination.
- Good understanding of administrative and budgetary issues.
- Excellent communication, service orientation, and autonomy.
- English is an asset but not mandatory.
