For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the role of DevOps Engineer at the expert level (8-12 years) from 01.02.2026
Main tasks:
- Software engineering (Java & Angular) in the financing portfolio with a flair for technical optimizations of existing solutions
- Implementing business requirements in a financing application with Java and Angular
- Inspirational personality
- Initiate and carry out technical optimizations along the DevOps disciplines (Jenkins pipeline optimizations, cloud migration)
- Support in finding solutions for requirements
Tasks & requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- Technical excellence in Java, Spring, Angular, and SQL, CICD pipeline (Jenkins)
- Experience in SAFe, DevOps, and Scrum
- Team player with an interest in writing better software together.
- Well-coordinated DevOps team consisting of 10 developers (including 1 Scrum Master and 1 Solution Architect) with 100% self-developed software.
Requirements: (language spoken / written)
- German: C2 – near-native proficiency
- English: None
