Your tasks
Carrying out commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and other services on behalf of our customers
Support and advise our customers on-site in a partnership-based manner
Trustful cooperation with order dispatch, internal service, and sales
Taking on-call duty on alternating weekends during the day together with colleagues
Preparation of deployment reports & protocols and independent management of spare parts
Your profile
Completed technical vocational training with further training to master/technician or alternatively vocational training with many years of professional experience – also gladly as a career changer from a comparable industry (e.g., mechatronics, electrical, household appliance technology, maintenance, MSR technology, etc.)
Experience in customer service and/or installation and hydraulics
Refrigeration certificate or initial knowledge in refrigeration technology is an advantage
Attributes such as flexibility, reliability, and customer orientation
Handling common computer programs is not a challenge
