To complete our motivated team, we are looking for you as
What awaits you at süssbach:
- Responsibility for the learning support and performance assessment of our apprentices (FaGe and AGS)
- Implementation of the training concept
- Co-responsibility for ensuring practical training and its further development
- Organization and execution of learning forums and leading internal training sessions for apprentices and students
This is how you can win us over:
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ with at least 2 years of professional experience
- Trainer certificate (SVEB 1 or equivalent training) or willingness to obtain it
- Proven pedagogical and didactic skills in dealing with learners
- First experience in deployment planning with the time tracking tool Polypoint PEP is an advantage
- High self- and social competence and flair in dealing with adolescents and young adults
