Your Tasks
- Holistic care and support of geriatric patients (m/f/d) with multiple illnesses
- Promotion of mobility and independence (e.g., fall prevention, provision of aids)
- Support with activities of daily living
- Pain and medication management considering multimorbidity
- Close cooperation with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and social services for discharge planning
- Handling dementia and delirium, application of validating communication techniques
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Existing interest in the specialist training ZERCUR Geriatrics, with the possibility to complete the named specialist training during employment
