Your Area of Responsibility

• You lead construction projects and accompany project teams through all phases
• With your expertise, you guide the project through all SIA phases and leverage your experience profitably in acquisition
• You always keep an eye on costs and manage controlling
• You create the foundations for construction – from construction descriptions to cost estimates to material selection
• With your clear planning, you ensure a smooth process and adherence to construction schedules
• You conduct negotiations on equal footing and maintain a professional relationship with clients, authorities, and subcontractors
• With your attention to detail, you oversee construction execution and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• You maintain an overview even in the final phase and take care of additional claims, warranty work, and final billing

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a construction manager, technician TS, or architect
• You bring several years of experience, ideally in a general contractor/trade contractor company or as a full-service provider
• Solid experience in independently handling projects distinguishes you
• You are enthusiastic about BIM and digitalization
• With strong communication skills and high social competence, you convince in all situations
• You conduct skilled negotiations with clear entrepreneurial thinking
• You are characterized by good assertiveness and high resilience
• As an organizational talent, you understand the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration
