We are looking for a:
Guest Host at "Joseph's" 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Coordination of the lobby area and first point of contact for guest inquiries
- Consultation and sale of tickets for the viewing platform
- Friendly and professional reception of guests and point of contact for walk-ins
- Coordination with the service team for optimal restaurant occupancy
- Management of table reservations on Aleno
- Ensuring a neat appearance and demeanor
- Operation of the emergency center
Your profile
- Joy and warmth in dealing with guests from all over the world
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to keep an overview and remain calm even in hectic situations
- Independent working style, flexibility, and resilience
