- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland, availability to work onsite in Zurich 5 days per week

Your Mission
- Provide on-site technical support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Assist with setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AV equipment for meetings and events (projectors, microphones, video conferencing).
- Support the coordination and execution of internal IT for events, including equipment setup and basic user training.
- Help with IAM tasks, such as creating and managing user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Document issues and solutions accurately within the IT service management system.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and support asset tracking activities.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices in IT service delivery and workplace support.
