Your Tasks
In this role, you ensure that our high standards in housekeeping are always maintained and contribute significantly to the well-being of our guests. You combine operational presence with organizational skill.
- Coordination – Scheduling, motivating, and supporting the housekeeping team on your floor
- Quality – Regular inspections of rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and order
- Inventory – Managing cleaning supplies, laundry, and work materials as well as timely reordering
- Onboarding & Training – Accompanying new employees and conducting training on procedures and standards
- Service Orientation – Contact person for guest concerns, complaints, and coordination with internal departments
Your Profile
You are a personality with an overview, organizational talent, and joy in achieving top performance as a team. You bring experience in the hotel industry and understand how to balance guest and employee needs.
- Experience – Several years of practice in housekeeping, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Expertise – Knowledge of cleaning processes, hygiene regulations, and quality standards
- Leadership Qualities – Ability to guide, promote, and inspire employees for their tasks
- Organization – Structured and reliable work, even under high workload
- Communication – Very good German, English advantageous, confident and respectful expression
- Flexibility – Willingness to work weekends and shifts as well as resilience in a dynamic environment
