Tox Info Suisse (www.toxinfo.ch) operates the emergency number 145 in Switzerland. Doctors and other medical professionals provide daily around-the-clock telephone advice on poisonings caused by chemicals, medications, toxic plants, mushrooms or animals, as well as drugs and much more. At our location, in the heart of Zurich with around 50 employees, we offer immediately or by arrangement an interesting position and a varied range of tasks as a clerk as an employee in telephone triage 60% to a medically knowledgeable, open-minded personality. The main tasks include:
- Training as MPA, druggist, pharmaceutical assistant or equivalent training or experience in the medical field - Good communication skills in German and French are mandatory, Italian and English are an advantage
- Telephone triage in emergency service in the languages German (65% of calls), French (30% of calls), English (5% of calls) and Italian (2.5% of calls)
- General secretarial work
- Processing incoming emails
- Preparing and sending dispatch reports to doctors
- Requesting discharge reports from doctors/hospitals
- Maintaining the database
- Supporting projects within the administration
- Training as MPA, druggist, pharmaceutical assistant or equivalent training or experience in the medical field - Good communication skills in German and French are mandatory, Italian and English are an advantage
- Familiarity with computers and the use of digital communication tools

- Working days in shift work Wed + Fri / 07:30 - 22:00 (no home office)
